The structure of a session
In my therapy session, we’ll access the subconscious
mind via hypnosis. Hypnosis is not about being asleep.
Hypnosis puts you in a suggestible state where you are aware of yourself and your surroundings at all times. In this state
we can change current perceptions and thoughts, solve
current problems and improve positive thinking and
behaviour. I’m confident you’ll find my personalised

The session can take place in person at my practice in Marrickville or in the comfort of your own home online via face time or zoom.
Most issues only require 1 session, however depending on the severity of the problem it may take up to 3 sessions.
Sessions are approximately 90 minutes (up to 2 hours)
2 follow up phone calls and a personal recording that you must listen to for 21 days.
